I know how you feel. I'm 120 lbs below my all-time high, currently. I wear the same pants size now that I did when I was in 6th grade - after peaking at size 44.
Well, it's a complicated plan yet a simple plan. It was all about eating right. I ate lots of lean chicken, beef and fish, fruit, veggies, lowfat dairy products, and at least 5 bottles of water a day. I stayed away from fast food, frozen food and canned food because of the high sodium and hidden sugar. I ate 5 times a day instead of 3 to give my body the engery it needed with smaller portions. That way I wasn't super hungry and feeling the need to over eat. I actually paid to go to a weight loss center and have them teach me what to eat. I got to go sit with a counselor 3 times a week and get weighed in, which really helped me stay on track since they held me accountable for everything I ate But really, all you have to do is follow the basic food pyramid (I assume that is a world wide thing?) I'm sure you can look it up online if you wanted. But really if you just cut as much salt, sugar and fat (you do need some fat though, like the good fat in almonds) out of your life as you can, you'll be good to go
